The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The hotel facilities were great and the cleanliness was amazing. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to many famous landmarks. it was only a short walk to the nearest tram station, easy to visit other destinations around the city.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly supportive and kind, providing exceptional service. They were always available to help, including calling taxis and translating for me with Turkish drivers. The hotel's location is excellent, close to many Istanbul attractions and great restaurants. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the free breakfast had a wide variety of options, with the menu changing daily.
Felt very special, no complaints.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! it had a great location with just a 5-minute walk to the tram stop and the city centre. Additionally, the staff were incredibly nice and accommodating. The manager, Emre, was especially helpful and understanding. Secondly, the room was lovely and had everything I needed, including free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and in-room breakfast. Lastly, the hotel had a wonderful spa and wellness centre with a sauna, steam room, and Turkish bath.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting - it was perfect in every way.

The location was fantastic, within walking distance to major attractions and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The spa services, particularly the full-body massage, were excellent and provided a great way to relax after a long day of exploring.
The breakfast options were limited and some food items, like the cheeses and olives, were overly salty. The room size was disappointing, with limited space to move around and open suitcases.

This hotel is conveniently located pretty close to the city center and the grand bazar. The hotel is built on a slope and offers a great view. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a clean bathroom. The staff provided great service and helpful tips. The breakfast was satisfactory with various choices.
The lift system of the hotel is slow.
